About Neil Godin, your seminar leader:

Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Neil has written and delivered business and professional development training programs for many Fortune 500-level companies, including Ford, Shell, McDonalds, KPMG and Dun & Bradstreet. He also specializes in working with companies in crisis - where developing solutions that will work quickly in the real world are the key to his clients' survival and success. This work provides him with a "living laboratory" for testing and proving the strategies found in his seminars - strategies for effective sales, marketing, leadership, communication, time management, service excellence and other topics.
